The Program is addressed to:
- Executives of companies and organizations, private and public sector that are ready to take on significant administrative responsibility in their organizations.
- Mid-level executives with a few years of work experience who are inspired to innovate or want to make a difference in the way they work.
- People who are willing and dedicated to improve their work in their organizations.
- People who want to significantly improve their knowledge and professional prospects for the benefit of their career.
The training program "Modern Approaches to Management and Leadership: Practical Directions for Increased Organizational Efficiency" aims to train, prepare and deepen the knowledge of those who wish, in the current trends and challenges of business. It concerns issues related to management and leadership in organizations of any kind.
Trainees, whether experienced professionals or newcomers to the business, will upgrade their leadership skills, improve their workplace performance skills and career prospects, and advance their careers. In particular, this program will provide the necessary supplies, to enable participants to understand current trends in business administration, to build greater self-awareness, to improve their leadership style, to act more decisively, to anticipate and react to business opportunities, to develop the skills needed to deal effectively with different situations and challenges. This training program expects to create more effective leaders and managers, thinking outside the box, who will bring and drive the necessary change, innovation and strategic flexibility for increased organizational efficiency.
The presenters of the Programs are members of the Teaching and Scientific Staff (DEP) of the University of Macedonia as well as external collaborators and executives with many years of experience, but also specialized theoretical knowledge.
