After the successful completion of the program, the participants will be evaluated with the ultimate goal of their subsequent employment at Accenture Hellas.

The Program is addressed either to graduates or final students of IT departments who are able to understand the complex structure of software systems from large industries
- Degree in Computer Science or possession of 90% – 95% of the required teaching units for the degree
- Achieving a score of at least 50% in the company's assessment tests
- Successful selection interview with a representative of the company's Human Resources department
The purpose of the training programme is:

• To train participants in Enterprise programming technologies such as Spring, Spring Data and Rest API.
• To train participants in the areas of software analysis, design and quality.
• Train participants on agile development methodologies.
• To evaluate the participants after the end of the program with the ultimate goal of their subsequent employment at Accenture.
After completing the program the candidate will be able to:
• Worked as part of a software development team.
• Understand and solve practical problems that arise in his daily work.
• Handle modern code development tools.
• Develops solutions required in the context of modern IT applications.
• Develops software following agile development technologies.
